Sale of Quethera

 

Theobald Associates is pleased to announce the successful sale of its client Quethera Limited, the Cambridge-based Bio-technology Company, to Astellas Pharma Inc, the Tokyo-based multinational pharmaceutical Company. Under the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement, Astellas may pay up to £85 million in aggregate consideration to the Quethera shareholders.
